So far today the good Sara is in control, but it could all change in a moment. Especially since I'm blogging rather than grading, but I got some done last night and a few this morning. All in all I'm progressing along nicely. Plus, I have to be good so that I can watch the Oscar's guilt free. Sadly, one of my favorite nights of the year. I really hope that "American Beauty" doesn't sweep because it doesn't deserve to and it will put me in a bad mood, just like Gwyneth last year. What a joke! Kevin Spacey was the only good thing about that movie. Why does everyone like that movie so much? I found the movies comment on suburbia to be old news and so done before. Everyone knows that the suburbs are fucked up. What was Columbine if not a glaring comment on suburban life (among other things of course)? That's enough ranting for now, although I could certainly say more. Okay, back to grading. The Oscars start earlier out here on the West Coast. Yes, I admit it the Eastern Time Zone is far superior, everyone bows to its power.
