I was verbally attacked on e-mail today. It turns out that the psycho ex-boyfriend of a friend in my department is mad at me because he thinks that I chose sides when they broke up OVER A YEAR AGO. Well duh, she's my friend and he was clearly psycho then. Apparently he's still waiting for an apology. I didn't really know or like this guy when they went out, much less after they broke up. Why am I surrounded by such insanity?
In other news, tomorrow is the last day of classes. YEAH! I think my next door neighbors are already celebrating this fact. I'm going to wait a little longer to begin my celebration -- I still have grading and paper writing to take care of, but then I'm sure they do to. I hope none of them are my students.
