As an actor this puts me in a super-tight squeeze. Yes, I want to work. How am I going to know if submitting for a project is going to make me cross a line and make it look like I'm not in support??
Personally, the decision is easy for me though. I know how hard you work (and I'm sure other casting directors work just as hard) and I think it's crap how you don't have benefits for all the time you have to put in your job. You have my support.
