How Many?

How many episodes of Law & Order can you watch in a row before you're over it?

I don't think I've found my number yet.

I think it was three for me. Now, "Homicide: Life on the Streets", I'll watch all day long.

I haven't reached a saturation point yet. Even the episodes I've already seen are interesting.

I can watch 'em for an entire NYC wet weekend. U also got to check out HBO's The Wire. Wanna know what life is like in the hood? Check out Season 1!

Law & Order, Law & Order SVU, The District, CSI, CSI Miami, CSI NY - I think I'm addicted. And what's even better is that there is a Law & Order playing on some channel everynight between 7 and 10 p.m.

I love it despite myself. Normally carbon copies of shows annoy me, because of the utter lack of creativity, but the formula works and I'm always hooked. Hate the Criminal Intent one though--can't get through more than a few minutes because of the overacting of the primary male detective (who was a victim on one of the other L&Os--a man who was pushed when a subway train was coming and was crushed, trapped at the waist, and they had to just wait for him to die--eek! He was fine as a priest in the Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys tho).

It holds up much better than the CSI's do. But I'm with Chip - give me some Homicide: Life on the Streets any day.

Actually, the episode Courtney is talking about is actually an episode of Homicide. It is also my least favorite episode of Homicide but one everyone else seems to like.

L&O: CI didn't do very well last season. I used to not care Eames much, but when she was on maternity leave, and they brought the oter twit in, I realized how much she added to the show.

I LOVES me some L&O. But I've not been a fan of some of their casting choices for the past few years (except for Jesse Martin...yum!). Give me some old school Brisco and Logan L&O any day of the week, and I'm a happy, happy girl...
